Complete the Property Purchase Application.
Be sure to upload ALL the required information and supplemental documents.
Pay the $150 non- refundable application fee.
NLB conducts a background check and verifies your statements.
Award determinations are made in writing within 2-3 weeks of the application closing date.
Successful Applicants are provided a Purchase Agreement and required to make an earnest money deposit within a date certain.
NLB prepares a Quit Claim deed and otherwise facilitates a closing.
Purchasers are held to strict compliance to sale terms and conditions.
